Role Description
This is a full-time on-site sales and lease executive role at Al Hoor Real Estate in Sharjah. The Sales and Lease Executive will be responsible for managing property leasing, and sales transactions, providing real estate advisory services, and overseeing facility maintenance. The role involves interacting with investors, property owners, and tenants on a daily basis.

Qualifications
Experience in real estate sales, leasing, and property management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of property market trends and laws
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
A detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
Arabic speaker
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
