Key Responsibilities:
Handle
walk-in and online client inquiries
, explain aesthetic services, and drive
sales closures
on a daily basis.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of
aesthetic treatments, skincare services, and products
offered.
Manage and motivate
front-desk and support staff
to maintain high service standards and discipline.
Ensure
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
are achieved through proactive lead follow-up and conversion.
Maintain accurate
sales reports, follow-ups, and closure data
in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with the
operations and doctor's team
to ensure seamless client flow and service delivery.
Uphold the clinic's brand image through professional client interactions and grooming standards.
Support in
marketing initiatives
, events, and client engagement activities as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in
aesthetic / beauty / wellness industry
sales.
Proven track record in
client conversions and daily closures
.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle
team coordination and performance monitoring
.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage.
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
