: Sales and Digital Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both sales and digital marketing, with a passion for promoting tourism services and driving business growth. This role offers a monthly salary of AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 plus commission and includes a UAE work visa.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.

3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

5. Handle inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote tourism services.

2. Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to engage with audiences and grow brand visibility.

3. Plan and execute online campaigns, including Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.

4. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

5. Create engaging content (posts, blogs, newsletters) to attract and retain customers.

6. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales and digital marketing, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.

3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing software).

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and sales performance.

6. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month (based on experience).
