Job Description
We are looking for a
Sales and Data Entry team member
to join a specialty collectibles store within our group. This role combines customer service, data input, product handling, and basic photography.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and able to interact professionally with customers. Training on all procedures will be provided.
? Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and clearly explain our services and processes. Enter product details accurately into our system. Handle collectible items with care and follow proper procedures. Photograph items and upload images to the database. Support store sales and maintain clean, organized displays. Manage online orders, prepare shipments, and contact customers for collections. Support weekly activities, such as small community events. Occasionally assist other stores within our group when needed.
? Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good computer skills and data entry ability Friendly and professional customer service skills Basic knowledge of collectibles, gaming, or trading cards (TCG) is an advantage Photography experience is a plus Retail or data-entry experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
