As a Sales and Client Manager, you will engage with potential clients, assess their career goals, and match them with the most suitable training programs. This role blends sales performance with personal mentorship, requiring excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong follow-up capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to discuss their goals and introduce training programs
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with leads and clients
• Identify client needs and suggest relevant training in areas such as film production, creative media, digital marketing, and AI
• Consistently follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM data
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and new course launches
• Encourage client retention and referrals through excellent post-sales support

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales with a successful track record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior exposure to the creative industry, film, or digital media is highly valued
• Proficiency in CRM tools and cloud-based platforms such as Google Drive
• Familiarity with training sales or course enrollment processes
• Preferred: Background or academic training in marketing, AI, or related fields
• Self-driven with a passion for helping others achieve their goals
