Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural, construction, and industrial markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, acoustic consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
Support tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Technical Support
Understand client acoustic requirements and propose suitable Acoustics solutions
Provide technical guidance on product selection, specifications, and system design
Assist with acoustic calculations, drawings, and documentation as required
Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure project feasibility
Project & Customer Support
Act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle
Support site visits, inspections, and installation guidance when needed
Address customer technical queries and resolve issues promptly
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Acoustics, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field preferred)
Minimum 2-3-year Experience in technical sales, acoustics, construction products, or building services is an advantage
Knowledge of acoustic principles, noise control, or soundproofing systems is desirable
Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, UAE Driving License
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus
