Job Description
Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Drive local manufacturing initiatives across priority markets, coordinating commercial, regulatory, and manufacturing inputs.
- Track milestones, manage dependencies, and resolve execution delays.
- Identify country-specific portfolio gaps and translate them into structured opportunity briefs.
- Align briefs with central business development for evaluation and sourcing.
- Serve as the main interface between international markets and central business development, ensuring prioritization and pipeline alignment.
- Support early-stage coordination with manufacturers, out-licensing, and strategic partners, ensuring opportunities are execution-ready.
