We are looking for a male candidate (Urdu or Hindi speaking), Sales and Business Development to lead growth initiatives for our Multi-specialty Family medicine and Aesthetic Clinic. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and closing deals with corporate clients, insurance companies, hospitals, hotels, organizations, other clinics, and government entities requiring Medical and Aesthetic services. Job is full time, attractive target-based Salary + commission.
Skills & Requirements -
Residing in or near Al Nahda Dubai area is must
UAE Driving license is must
Male candidates, Urdu/Hindi speaking
He has own residence visa
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
UAE experience is must.
Target-driven and self-motivated
Roles & Responsibilities-
Promote and sell Medical and Aesthetic services including medical treatments.
Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to finalize service agreements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to contract signing and handover to operations.
Maintain and update records of interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
