As an Outbound Sales and Business Development Representative, you will take the lead in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, establishing key relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business through effective business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter that can work independently or in a team. Ideally, you should have a business-to-business sales skills with a suitable technical understanding of our portfolio. However, of equal importance is your personal drive, attitude and desire to succeed. We will provide you with training and support to ensure you meet your objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective business development strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize market research and industry insights to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and support integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of outbound prospecting and strategic relationship-building.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of business development activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt business development strategies accordingly.
High school diploma required; bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
