Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with top real estate broker firms across Dubai. Develop and maintain a portfolio of reputed partners specializing in freehold properties. Initiate and manage business contracts with broker firms. Ensure compliance with UAE KYC documentation standards. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Provide clients with accurate property insights, pricing, and market analysis. Guide clients from initial inquiry through deal closure. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Prepare weekly reports and MIS updates for senior management. Use CRM tools effectively to manage client interactions and transactions.

Requirements

Preferably European candidates

with a solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market. Bachelor's degree from a reputed university. Proven experience in

freehold real estate sales

within the UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of freehold property laws and market dynamics. RERA Certification is an advantage. Valid UAE driver's license.
