Job Description

The Sales and Business Development Executive is responsible for increasing Sales for the Creative and Specialty division. Under this division we undertake design / production and installation of Specialty projects. Clients -Industry types

  • Amusement and Entertainment
  • Media and Production Design
  • Events and Exhibitions
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Creating a strong Client Database in the above industries.
  • Spreading awareness of the services offered by the company.
  • Suggesting appropriate solutions to clients depending on requirements and inquiries.
  • Reporting Leads and working in collaboration with the department.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Answering client's questions in a professional manner.
  • Participating in exhibitions and conferences which are industry related.
  • Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
  • Handling complaints of the clients.
  • Negotiating the deals with the clients.
  • Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
  • Taking feedbacks from the clients.
  • Writing monthly reports on the performance of the department.
Qualifications:
  • Male, Preferably Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
  • With valid UAE driving license
  • Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.
  • At least 2 years UAE experience is an advantage
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
  • A result-driven and organized individual.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good negotiation and sales skills.
  • Understanding of design would be an added advantage
