Roles & Responsibilities: Identify, develop and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities Identify key potential customers. Develop new customers to generate revenue. Identify and understand the strengths the organization has to offer Achieve individual sales target. Engaging in face-to-face meetings with business prospects and clients Identify key potential customers. Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage up-selling and retention Establish and maintain Sales Development strategy. Develop sales plans in line with team and company targets Utilize sales data and market information to identify sales opportunities in accordance with company goals Actively share market intelligences and sales opportunities with team members Develop the accounts based on Vibrant Freight's various services. Achieve the annual growth targets (revenue, profit, volume) as defined in the sales planner. The ideal candidate must be capable of closing business independently, although management team / corporate support is readily available. Reporting developments and sales activities on daily, weekly and monthly basis Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Requirements for the position: Sales experience in logistics industry is mandatory with existing clients. Enhanced and detailed knowledge of the freight forwarding industry with an existing client base UAE Driving license Ability to work well with others & independently, without supervision Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner Positive and passionate about sales and customer relationship building Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken) Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
