Job Summary:

Property Shop Investment (PSI) is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, showcasing properties, and closing sales deals on residential and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential property buyers or investors through various channels. Present and showcase available properties to clients, highlighting features and benefits. Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on pricing, financing options, and legal documentation. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively. Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and process sales agreements and other relevant documentation. Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities. Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by PSI.
Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales or related sales roles is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with strong presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of property laws, contracts, and real estate market dynamics. Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools). High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to travel for property visits.
