Role Overview
We are seeking a
Sales Agent-Real Estate
helping clients find their dream homes, investment properties, and the best real estate opportunities in Dubai. This role blends sales, marketing, and client relationship management -- perfect for someone passionate about real estate and skilled in building connections.
Responsibilities
Promote and market property listings across various platforms.
Assist clients in buying and selling properties.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
Goal-driven and self-motivated personality.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
