The Job Holder will be responsible for handling customer enquire, the aim being converting enquires into sales, ensuring proper service support to customer. Provide the quality service giving cost effective travel solutions at a healthy yield to the department contributing to the overall objective of the company.
Handling independently all reservations queries for Fly Dubai Office
Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer enquiries promptly, providing customer with descriptive and persuasive covering emails and itineraries, being aware of customer experience facilitating good Trust pilot feedback.
Tactfully construct fares there are competitive and hence attractive to the client but also generates margin for the company
Issue all kinds of tickets with assistance of senior ticketing agents and supervisors and be able to offer all the travel related products
Confidently attend to all clients and be able to provide service that results in repeat business
Proactively provide assistance to supervisors and senior colleagues in all departmental and business matters whenever called upon.

Handle upset customer with courtesy and understanding
Maintain the service standards and the operational procedures
