- Five PM Real Estate - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai;
- Stone Tree Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
- ST Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.
- Answer phone calls promptly and according to the standard policy and procedures of the company.
- Handle all reservations, correspondence, and inquiries quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Ensure that all reservation details are accurately entered into the reservation system in a timely manner.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers\' needs and financial resources.
- Make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
- Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Sell and promote reservation services.
- Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
- Fluency in English/Russian is a must (Arabic/Chinese is a hight advantage);
- Experience in hospitality (sales) is a plus;
- Great Communication skills, analytical mindset, positive attitude.
