We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in the UAE. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and has a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the features, pricing, and legal requirements. Build and maintain a strong network of clients and real estate leads. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitive inventory. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and documents related to transactions. Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field is preferred. Strong communication, presentable and negotiation. Immediate joiner.
