Position Overview:

We are looking for ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to work remotely. This role is commission-based and ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads, listings, and client relationships remotely.
Conduct virtual meetings and negotiations with clients to close successful deals.
Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and property developments.
Collaborate with the company team to support marketing and transaction processes.
Maintain professional standards and ensure client satisfaction throughout all interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Real Estate Broker License (required).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales-driven role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Strong understanding of online marketing tools and property portals (preferred).
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Must have access to a reliable internet connection and phone for remote operations.
