Sales Agent - Real Estate ( Experienced - Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Work Days: 6 days a week

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Dubai Real Estate Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and well-presented Real Estate Sales Agent with solid experience in the Dubai property market and thorough knowledge of DLD and RERA documentation. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who can build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and close deals with efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and property platforms.

Conduct property presentations and viewings for clients.

Advise clients on investment opportunities, market trends, and legal requirements.

Prepare and manage all DLD, RERA, Form A/B, and SPA documentation accurately.

Negotiate and finalize sales and rental transactions in a professional manner.

Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

Maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups and after-sales service.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai's real estate sector.

Well-versed with DLD, RERA procedures, and property registration formalities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is a plus.

Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.
