Key Responsibilities:
? Promote and sell units within the exclusive project to prospective clients
?Generate leads and follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner
?Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
?Understand client needs and provide suitable property solutions
?Negotiate and close sales while meeting or exceeding targets
?Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
?Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes
?Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
?Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Agent
?Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
?Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
?Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
?Valid UAE driving license
