We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to build a successful career in real estate. You will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties

Conduct property viewings and client meetings

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners

Negotiate offers and close deals successfully

Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and company listings

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team

Requirements:

Preferred Languages: Spanish, Polish, German, Portuguese, French, Ukrainian, Turkish, Italian, French (spoken; additional languages are a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer and CRM skills preferred

Real estate experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome (training provided)
