on Commission Based to join our growing brokerage team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven ability to close property transactions in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for
residential and/or commercial properties
Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai
Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
Maintain accurate listings and client data in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external brokers
Prepare and follow up on offers, MOUs, Form F, and related documentation
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
