Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, site visits, and networking
Identify client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales successfully
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and transaction records
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
Coordinate with legal, finance, and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
