We're looking for a proactive and client-focused

Real Estate Agent

to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in matching clients with the right rental or sales opportunities while building lasting relationships in the market.

Your Mission:

Deliver exceptional real estate services--from first contact to closing deals--while staying ahead of market trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for rental and sales properties Conduct property viewings and highlight key features to prospective buyers and tenants Prepare and manage accurate property listings for both rentals and sales Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts Ensure all agreements are legally compliant and documentation is complete Manage the full sales or leasing process--from viewings to contract signing Stay up to date on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and agents Proactively generate leads through referrals, networking, and online platforms Work closely with marketing to align property promotions with client demand

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate agent in the UAE Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

UAE driving license and access to a car

(mandatory) In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and the wider UAE, including current developer projects. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident in working independently
