Overview

The sales agent is responsible for liaising with new or existing customers, promoting the products the company represents, and researching market demands and customer needs. Implementation of the daily plan determined and approved by the supervisor. Developing a strong and trustworthy relationship between customers and the company. Fully understanding the client's key needs and requirements and resolving any client issues or complaints. Expanding relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and bringing in new clients. Generating new sales and collaborating with the sales team to maximize turnover. Tracking stocks to customers in order to prevent product shortages in the market.

Job Requirements
Similar experience as a sales agent. Good communication and negotiation skills. To have maximum dedication during working hours. Be characterized by honesty, integrity and correctness.
