Sales Agent - Building Maintenance Company (Immediate Joiner)

Valid DxB driving license

We are urgently hiring

a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the building maintenance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the uae market, proven sales experience, and a proactive approach to client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors

Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Market Strategy & Collaboration

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Develop targeted strategies for emerging segments Collaborate with marketing on campaigns aligned with sales goals Provide feedback for service improvement and new offerings

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Handle contract renewals, upselling, and lifecycle management Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly Manage key accounts with regular follow-ups

Reporting & Coordination

Align with service and operations teams for smooth project delivery Prepare reports on sales performance and market insights Participate in internal meetings to support business development goals

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the DxB At least 2 years in building maintenance sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
