The Role
We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven Sales Agents to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in performance-based environments and are confident in their ability to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media. - Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. - Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends. - Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain CRM records, submit reports, and communicate regularly with the sales manager. - Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., recruitment, real estate, insurance, etc.]. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Access to a phone, computer, and internet (if remote). Compensation: - 100% Commission-Based (No Basic Salary) - Competitive commission structure: - Performance incentives and bonuses available based on sales targets
