The Role
Uniestate Properties LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales in the Dubai market, with at least 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for selling our projects, following up with clients and brokers, and ensuring all necessary documentation for reservations is completed. o Actively promote and sell Uniestate Development's real estate projects to clients and brokers. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate brokers to maximize sales opportunities. o Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with potential buyers. o Follow up on leads, inquiries, and negotiations to close sales effectively. o Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies o Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system and maintain a database of prospective clients o Ensure all reservation documents and contracts are accurately completed and submitted on time. o Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process o Assist clients in navigating the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately. o Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights o Provide expert advice on the Dubai real estate market, payment plans, and investment opportunities. o Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotional activities. o Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and regulations to enhance sales strategies.
