Sales Agent - English & Arabic Speaker
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, with a strong background in B2B sales, ideally within the outsourcing industry. You will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, and supporting the sales team in meeting revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential B2B clients and generate new sales leads for outsourcing services.
Promote company services and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients.
Assist in preparing sales proposals and following up on leads and negotiations.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory with strong experience.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing or a related sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Basic understanding of outsourcing services and business solutions.
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
