We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our expanding team.
Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market activities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the transaction process
Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and regulations
Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
Build and maintain a strong client database
Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
Real estate certification is a plus
