Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new clients through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other real estate documents
Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys as needed
Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and property values
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid real estate license (required)
Proven sales or customer service experience (real estate preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
