Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote our interior fit-out services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in sales within construction, interior design, or fit-out sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients for fit-out, renovation, and interior projects (residential, commercial, retail, offices). Handle lead generation, client outreach, site visits, and follow-ups. Present company services and prepare proposals in coordination with the technical team. Understand client needs and provide appropriate fit-out solutions. Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and property owners. Coordinate with design & project teams to ensure smooth project handover. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.

Requirements

Experience in sales within fit-out, construction, real estate, or interior design (preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred if job is in UAE). Ability to manage time, follow up with clients, and close deals efficiently. Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of drawings, BOQs, and fit-out processes. Existing network of clients in real estate or construction. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
