Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Agent
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions while representing Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and finalize sales agreements.
Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Korean, or Malay are an advantage).
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred.
Valid UAE driving license.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
