Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled in client engagement, and capable of closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and client consultations
Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and legal procedures
Build and maintain a strong client network
Negotiate offers and finalize transactions
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is preferred
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Self-motivated and goal-driven
