We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings.
Present and market properties effectively to potential buyers and tenants.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the negotiation and closing process.
Maintain an updated database of listings, clients, and prospects.
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
