Key Responsibilities
Source and secure new property listings (leasing, resale, off-plan).
Advise clients on property prices, investment opportunities, and market trends.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and landlords.
Negotiate offers and close successful deals.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of UAE Real Estate experience
(Abu Dhabi market preferred).
Strong tele sales, sales, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE Driving License
(ADM license is a plus).
Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
