Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals across a portfolio of products or services. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, banking, or retail
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian are a plus
UAE driving license preferred
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
