Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
: Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
Property Listings & Market Analysis
: Maintain an updated portfolio of properties, conduct market research, and advise clients on pricing and investment opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation
: Facilitate property sales by negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Networking & Lead Generation
: Build a strong network within the Abu Dhabi real estate market to generate leads and referrals.
Compliance & Documentation
: Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, laws, and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
