The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing advertising sales strategies, driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the existing client portfolio.
Identify and acquire new clients in the local and regional market.
Present advertising proposals and marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
Monitor the execution of advertising campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare performance reports and analyze sales results.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align campaigns with company strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in advertising sales or marketing, preferably in media or related fields.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and advertising platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
