Commission Plans:

Slab 1 - Fair Foundation

Commission starts at 47% (with 3% RE/MAX global brand contribution) Slabs grow steadily as you perform.

Slab 2 - Growth & Recognition

Incentives or higher commission after 5+ closings per month. Bonuses, leaderboard recognition, and travel rewards.

Slab 3 - Top Performers' Bonus

Commission slabs 55% up to 70% (based on performance and assigned projects) Cash rewards up to AED 30,000 Travel opportunities to Bali, Europe, and RE/MAX Las Vegas conventions
