Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated

Used Car Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive sales and a good understanding of the local used car market. You'll play a key role in managing leads, engaging with customers, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and assess used cars to determine pricing and condition. Engage with walk-in and online customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable vehicle options. Negotiate prices and financing terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Maintain an updated list of available inventory and ensure accurate information is shared with potential buyers. Support marketing activities, including posting listings, creating content, and participating in promotional events. Deliver excellent customer service and follow up after sales to build lasting relationships. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Coordinate with the finance and admin teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a used car showroom. Strong understanding of car models, specifications, and pricing. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is an added advantage. Confident negotiator with a customer-focused attitude. Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Self-driven, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
