Key Responsibilities:
Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth customers and ensure their complete satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of complete range of vehicles, including

Recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, and parts solutions based on the customer's needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer recommendations (e.g.,

Provide accurate and detailed written estimates for repairs, parts, and labor costs, ensuring full transparency with customers.

Follow up with customers about upcoming scheduled maintenance and offer reminders for recommended services (e.g., brake check, fluid flush)
Respond to customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, regarding car repair services, pricing, and availability.
Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of the repair process.
Follow up with customers after the service is completed to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service issues.
Work closely with service technicians to ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.

Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales, customer service, or repair service.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair services, and parts is essential.
