Responsibilities:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and expertise in sports and fitness. Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Assisting customers in finding the right sports and fitness products. Providing expert advice on sports equipment, apparel, and accessories. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales. A genuine passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle. Athletic background or experience as an athlete is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. Strong customer service orientation. Demonstrated growth mindset or a passion for continuous learning.
