YOOCHA MATCHA is a dynamic matcha supplier for 800+ cafes & speciality coffee shops across GCC. We're looking for an enthusiastic intern to play a key role in fostering positive client relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and the sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address any product-related or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM, tracking all sales activities.
Oversee client order fulfilment, handling order processing, payment coordination, delivery tracking, and post-purchase client support.
Produce weekly and monthly sales reports, monitoring key metrics like orders, revenue, and new clients.
Manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Fluent in English and Arabic; both written and verbal.
Strong teamwork, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
