Managing invoices and petty cash properly Request Purchase Orders from Procurement Process in GCC and Qatar office within 3 days upon request Supporting sending and gathering documents from B2B and B2C merchants with a week deadline Organising stationaries, office supplies and IT equipment. Collect documents from post office Processing Product Sales Providing salesforce, merchant portal and other and related training when needed, especially for the new joiners. Drafting contracts, creating offers, raising tickets, and resolving them in a timely manner. Provide support in DCP license application. Arranging errands like product sales and vouchers delivery.
