As the Sales Administrator, you will rely on your master command of the MS Office Suite, business software and reporting tools to support the sales team with:
Calendar management & reminders of upcoming events
Assist Sales Executives with leads- PowerPoint presentations & other marketing collateral
Assist with walk-in customers -POS transactions (training will be provided)
Secure and maintain key customer programs
Provide necessary details of running orders to deliver excellence throughout the sales process
Enter sales or purchase transactions in SAP Business One and be able to follow through for delivery and payment (training will be provided)
Prepare and distribute monthly reports, email flyers, sales brochures, price lists and promotional offerings to customers and prospects
Lead completion of customer: new item forms and/or new uniform program set up
Overseeing vendors for cleaning, couriers, other third-party services, and IT.
Your experience and background:
College or University education
Previous successful experience in a Sales Administrative role
Computer Literacy (Internet research & Microsoft Office Suite) Illustrator / Photoshop is a bonus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Bonus: major CRM or ERP software such as SAP or Salesforce
Must be able to handle multiple tasks with ease and confidence
