Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Assist the sales team in various administrative tasks including order processing, preparing sales reports, managing customer inquiries as well as providing general sales support as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system including contact details, order history and relevant communications
Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Create and maintain sales-related documentation such as sales contracts, proposals as well as pricing information
Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective coordination of sales and marketing activities
Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing key sales data and trends
Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional events
Foster strong working relationships with the sales team, providing support and acting as a reliable resource for sales-related queries
Issue sales transaction invoices
Receive and process purchase orders
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Identify new products to add to those on offer
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field
Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Proficient in using CRM, HubSpot software and other sales-related tools
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office suite
