JOB SUMMARY As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales Manager and the sales team. The duties will include: Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and providing excellent customer service Preparing and submitting quotes, proposals, and purchase orders for customers Coordinating meetings and managing the Sales Manager\'s calendar Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, and updating our CRM system accordingly Supporting the Sales Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed. Education and Qualification
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or administration.
Required Skills and Abilities
Familiarity with computers and applications.
