We are looking to recruit an experienced candidate for our newly acquired business center in the heart of Business Bay
This role holder will be multitasked with the responsibility of front line sales and running an smooth day to day admin operation.
The ideal candidate will have previous work history relating to real estate or ideally business centers within UAE and will be comfortable to be working alone
This position is a full time office based position and key responsibilities will include:
Front line sales for new clients, through face to face, walk in and online queries.
Handle all front desk duties
Manage all new onboarding clients and assist with contract signing, receipts, invoices and renewal documentation
Maintain client files, lease agreements, ejaris and compliance forms
Coordinate and manage the booking of meeting rooms and ensure all shared facilities are accessible, available and in working order.
Manage the renewal process and support the finance department with timely collection of payments
Address and escalate any issues or concerns for clients
Update and maintain CRM
Procure admin and pantry items through approved vendors
