As a full-cycle organization, we manage every aspect of a project, from initial design to the turnkey delivery of a finished product. We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Responsibilities: As a Sales Administrator at MIRA Renovation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing expert customer consultations, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
- Effectively presenting and promoting our company\'s services to potential clients.
- Utilizing CRM systems to maintain and update customer records and interactions.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
- Demonstrable experience in sales and administration.
- A professional and presentable appearance, reflecting the company\'s high standards.
- Possession of a valid driver\'s license and access to a car (preferred but not mandatory).
- Competitive monthly salary of AED 7,000 with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
